Job Description About this job:

This position is working on managing events agreement and contracts with clients, support mall’s events by issuing invoice, collecting payment and submitting approval requests, storing documents, and working on systems. You will be working in Advertising and Event Planning Section, and Marketing and Business Planning Department. You will report your tasks to direct Manager, and General Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Processing common area of short-term advertising & event agreements.
  • Issuing invoice and collect payment from clients.
  • Updating monthly report (expense and income statement).
Job Requirement
  • Have knowledge and experience at least 1Year about administrative.
  • Have at least a bachelor degree.
  • Be able to use English in Business level.
  • Have good communication with others and be able to work in team and work independently.
  • Be able to use Microsoft office and be familiar to work on various systems as required.

Salary Rank: $350-400

Holiday Day off : 8 or 9 days Per month.
