Job Description
  • Manage and control all kinds of documents including forms, requests, contracts, and formats to align with the internal rules.
  • Work as the company rules & regulations compliance.
  • Be a trainer to conduct internal training.
  • Seek for programs or system to improve the work efficiency.
  • Book flight ticket and accommodation for the management and members for the domestic and overseas business trip.
  • Prepare travel insurance for the overseas business trip.
  • Work with external vendors on the postpaid service, name card printing, overseas shipment, etc.​
  • Do questionnaire/survey to manage the in-hand inventory (mobile phone, office assets, etc.).
  • Do the monthly expense report and summary report of any assigned tasks.
  • Update and share widely about company information, staff information, and other matters timely.
  • Check the daily meal coupon, export the data from the system, and settle down monthly payment.
  • Check and process any type of monthly payments.
  • Fulfill the other tasks are assigned by the management.
Job Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration or other related filed.
  • At least two years working experiences for the related field.
  • Good at English for communication.
  • Good organizational skills, time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Have knowledge of office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, etc.).
  • Have knowledge of Microsoft 365 is a plus.
  • Strong teamwork & interpersonal skills, friendly and flexible.
  • Be able to communicate with all management levels.
  • Be able to organize/manage multi-tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be able to work with shift schedule (weekend and public holiday shift).

Salary Rank: $450 ~ $650

Holiday Day off : 8 or 9 days Per month.
