- Analyze sales trend, trend on social media and promotion results for better strategies and matching customers’ needs and satisfaction.
- Manage digital signage in posting and generating incomes.
- Manage all mall social media platforms.
- Work with social media agency to keep improving social media status of mall.
- Research and Develop Creative Sales & Marketing online campaigns.
- Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects ongoing at the same time.
- Propose and implement promotional programs and public relation events.
- Engage with tenants regarding to Sales & Marketing Activities and promotion plans.
- Handle complaints and problems from customers; ensure that all claims are in line with company policy.
- Keep monitoring performance of competitors.
- Other tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirement |
- 2-year experience related Sale and Marketing, Hospitality, or Public Relation field.
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing and Media or Communications.
- Knowledge in Digital Marketing, Social Media and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge in making data analysis reports and fluent in Presentation Skill.
- Be challenging, self-motivated, problem solving and able to work under pressure.
- Goal driven and be able to work with flexible working schedule.
