Mall Admin (Officer / Assistant Manager)
Job Description
- Oversee daily mall operations and facilities, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and full functionality.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and technical issues with contractors and engineering teams.
- Daily site inspection, compliance monitoring, and improvement recommendations.
- Monitor utilities consumption and operational costs
- Respond to emergencies and incidents, coordinating immediate actions with internal teams and vendors.
- Supervise outsourced service providers, monitor manpower and ensure performance meets mall standards.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation
- Handle tenant concerns and requests with effective communication and prompt follow-up.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor Degree of Business Administration or Other related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in relevant field such as operation or document management.
- Having a knowledge of Facility Management and Mall operation is a plus.
- Good command of spoken/written/presentation in English, and ability to work with multi levels and culturally diversified team dynamics.
- Good Computer literacy (especially Microsoft Office).
- Good at time management and problem solving. Be hard working and willing to learn new tasks.
- Be disciplined self-starter, creative thinking, good personality and communication.
- Be able to work with shift schedule (including Weekend and public holiday shift)
Day Off
8 or 9 days Per month (Including weekends and public holidays)
