Mall Admin (Officer) _ 📍🗺️AEON MALL 2

Job Description
  • Prepare and maintain reports and documentation
  • Prepare plan and training material and conduct training/drill to related parties.
  • Handle tenant concerns and requests with effective communication and prompt follow-up compliance with mall's rule and regulation.
  • Ensure smooth mall operation and provide safe, secure, convenient and comfortable shopping mall to customer by collaborate with nominated contractor.
  • Monitor nominated contractor's staff and outsourced staff to deliver tasks on time with good service performance by measuring with agreement and scope of work or KPI.
Job Requirement
  • Bachelor Degree of Business Administration or Other related field.
  • Computer literacy MS Office, MS Team and Internet/Email. Having a knowledge of Facility Management and Mall operation is a plus.
  • Good command of spoken/written/presentation in English
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Be able to work with flexible working shift schedule (Include Weekend & Public Holiday)
  • Candidate may be requested to perform duties other than duties listed above and it can be amended from time to time as the needs of the business changes.
