Fit Out and Renovation (Assistant Manager)
Job Description
- Assist to manage the smooth process of construction work with safety condition.
- Manage and monitor all matters related to the construction work of the sub-constructor and tenant’s.
- Monitor fit-out and construction work to ensure to complete and open the shop on schedule.
- Manage all constructor worker to compliant with mall’s construction and fit-out regulation.
- Check and comment on tenant’s design drawing to ensure fit-out regulation and safety condition.
- Other tasks as assigned by the superiors.
Job Requirement
- At least Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant qualification.
- Preferable with Financial management and group consolidation experience.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Be self-motivated and able to work to tight deadlines.
- Have good computer skill (Microsoft office, quick book or SAP, internet and email).
- Creative and flexible in work, be able to work effectively and cooperatively with co-workers.
- Be able to work with shift schedule (including weekend and holiday shift).
