Advertising & Event Planning Officer


Job Description About this job: This position is working on managing events such as contacting clients, agencies, designers, influencers, arranging schedules, organizing events, venues, manpower, decoration, and proposing ideas for the events to the management team. Furthermore, you are required to understand how to manage budget plan for cost effectiveness and have good relationships with others. You will be working in Advertising and Event Planning Section, within Marketing and Business Planning Department. You will report your tasks to direct Manager, and General Manager.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing advertising & events for the Malls
  • Finding new clients and creating new schemes for generating more income and increase sales
  • Maintaining existing clients, increasing more new clients with effectively communicating and solving problem relate to the events.
Job Requirement
  • Have experiences relate to event and organizing.
  • Have a bachelor degree in marketing, public relations, or related field.
  • Good at using English for business level.
  • Be a team player and have good behavior.
  • Be able to propose creative events or attractive activities inside the mall.
  • Support organizing event and support team members.
  • Be able to work with shift schedule. (Including weekend and holiday shift).
Holiday Day off : 8 or 9 days Per month.
