Advertising & Event Planning Officer


Job Description About this job:

This position is working on customer relationships, communicating by email and verbal, regularly having contact with outside customers, agencies for preparing quotes and production for the event. Moreover, you will be requested contently check the event area, and manage the messy situation during the event and after the event. Sometimes you will request by your manager to change the working schedule and location according to working conditions. You will be working in the Advertising and Event Planning Section and Business Planning Department and you will set the target Plan to achieve at the end of the year. You will report your task to the direct Manager, and General Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Response customers’ booking, sent out Email, Phone calls, and verbal with customers
  • Meet and guide the customers to visit event area, provide the information relate to rental condition
  • Deal with customers’ requirement and provide the solution to the customer.
  • Draft quotation.
  • Maintaining existing clients, increasing clients that are new effectively.
Job Requirement
  • Have experiences relate to event and organizing.
  • Have a bachelor degree in marketing, public relations, or related field.
  • Good at using English for business level.
  • Be a team player and have good behavior.
  • Be able to work on Saturday and Sunday, or public holiday.
  • Be able to creative events or attractive activities inside the mall.
  • Support organizing event and support team members.
Holiday Day off : 8 or 9 days Per month.
