EC Operation System & Analytic (Assistant Manager)
Overview
Job Description
- Provide technical support to all staff related to EC System.
- Troubleshoot and resolve System
- Implement IT policy and enforce security
- Trouble shooting internet or network problem
- Support marketing team to manage and govern E-commerce application’s backend and frontend and follow up with developer for technical and development process
- Providing technical support to marketing team as necessary (by a person or over the phone)
- Knowledge & Understanding EC Business Scheme
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues & requests
- Other duties assigned by manager.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree of Computer Science, Network Security or other related field
- Good at English for communication
- At least 2 years’ experience in IT filed and apps development
- Knowledge of IOS and Android apps programming or development is a plus
- Knowledge of apps and website maintenance and management is a plus
- Knowledge of System Administration is a plus
- Strong teamwork & interpersonal skills
- Be able to communicate with all management levels
- Self-motivated and able to manage time to meet deadlines
- Be able to work with shift schedule (including holiday shift).
