EC Operation System & Analytic (Assistant Manager)

Job Description
  • Provide technical support to all staff related to EC System.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve System
  • Implement IT policy and enforce security
  • Trouble shooting internet or network problem
  • Support marketing team to manage and govern E-commerce application’s backend and frontend and follow up with developer for technical and development process
  • Providing technical support to marketing team as necessary (by a person or over the phone)
  • Knowledge & Understanding EC Business Scheme
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues & requests
  • Other duties assigned by manager.
Job Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree of Computer Science, Network Security or other related field
  • Good at English for communication
  • At least 2 years’ experience in IT filed and apps development
  • Knowledge of IOS and Android apps programming or development is a plus
  • Knowledge of apps and website maintenance and management is a plus
  • Knowledge of System Administration is a plus
  • Strong teamwork & interpersonal skills
  • Be able to communicate with all management levels
  • Self-motivated and able to manage time to meet deadlines
  • Be able to work with shift schedule (including holiday shift).
