Marketing Strategy Officer _ 📍🗺️ Head Office (AEON MALL 1)
Job Description
- Assist in developing and executing the company-wide promotional strategy and decoration plans aligned with company goals.
- Contributes information, ideas, research on market trends, and monitors the competitor’s activities for reports to management
- Coordinate with internal teams, tenants, and external partners to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Work closely with creative teams to develop marketing materials and ensure brand consistency.
- Assist in track KPIs and suggest improvements to optimize results
- Implements and adheres to company policies and procedures
- Other tasks assigned by management
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Strong ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- Knowledge in making report and data analysis and Presentation Skill
- Flexible, responsible, willing to learn, and able to adapt to changing situations and work under pressure
- Strong communication, negotiation and coordination skills
- Be able to work with shift schedule (including Weekend and public holiday shift) and other malls when required.

8 or 9 days Per month (Including weekends and public holidays)
